Never created a poster before? There are several inexpensive options to do so, including the Biomedical Communications Unit (BCU) located in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Kinko’s in Pullman and Moscow. Contact BCU at 335-2624 or University Publishing at 335-3518.

Poster size
Posters displayed previously at professional meetings during the past calendar year are welcome, regardless of size (please indicate poster size on the submission form in order for the committee to allow adequate space). However, if you are making a poster specifically for this event, please limit the poster size to 48 inches by 48 inches in order to allow for greater participation by the University community.
Other presentation formats
Musical and/or theater presentations will be accepted on either CD or DVD format. Participants should provide headphones to aid viewers in hearing the presentation. Visuals from theatrical presentations may include drawings, costumes, programs, etc. Space will be available for tabletop displays or for displays needing a presentation format other than a display board. Please indicate needs on the submission form. Presenters who plan to use a format other than a poster need to give detailed information in the comment field on the submission form to ensure their needs will be met.
